Just a few hours before the cease fire an Israeli missile is fired towards the small village of Nusseirat. A piece of shrapnel slams through a door into the house of a family and hits four year old Riham Al-Nabateen in the head, killing her instantly. The credibility of rhetoric like “precision bombing” and “minimizing collateral damage” evaporates when you meet the grief of a family that has lost their daughter. Rihams body is taken part of the way from the morgue by a friend that has a car. The family takes her the last part of the way on Rihams final journey. Her father collapses on the way to the cemetery and is carried by his friends.
