"Waiting For Customers"
Vladimir Milanovic, 58, CQ of Dearborn, owner of
Tamy's Diner for the past 31 years, says he has
lost 30 to 40% of his business because of construction on Michigan Avenue
where the diner is located in Dearborn, Michigan, as he waits for customers
Friday, Nov. 5, 2004. 'I've never seen anything like this before. This is
very irresponsible. Everyone blames everyone else. In America they build so
many highways, and this short stretch of road takes them two years. It's a
beautiful day and no one is working,' said Milanovic.
