"HOLDOUT" Toni Miller was adamant about not evacuating from her New Orleans home, one of the few untouched by flooding from Hurricane Katrina: 'I'm not going anywhere unless they drag me out at gunpoint,' she said then. When officials came by to tell her she had no choice, she angrily removed the American flag from her porch, calling the order 'un-American'. But she had a change of heart, after speaking with State Trooper Cameron Douglas, and agreed to evacuate after ten days of living on in a dead city.î There's nothing here for me anymore, I understand that now,' she said walking away from her rented home in tears with her tiny suitcase
