fulfilling. But what's really important is you watch them come back. They
come and talk to the young guys and share their experiences with them. It's
that 'each one, teach one and reach back and help one in giving back.' That
what it's all about. It's what we do.' -Sam Wells, of Flint, is a volunteer
tutor and co-founder of the Alpha Esquires. Each year for nearly a decade,
he's helped mentor a group of 40 young black men through their teen years and
stresses education first and community service, history and character
building.
