Thomas Andrews, right, smokes weed in his front porch, while his younger sister plays with her daughter. Andrews lives with four other of his siblings and five of his nieces and nephews in a small three bedroom house, in a neighborhood called Sun Village, which is notorious throughout the community for its high drug trafficking and past drug related murders. He smokes weed daily and often does so in-front of the children. Drug abuse is a problem in Chester and has lead to countless murders and violent crimes.
