"TURMOIL IN EAST TIMOR"

  At one of the many camps housing the internally displaced East Timorses people Moises holds his children Mavito, 3, and Ana, 4, outside a large tent where they have been living for the past 3 weeks on June 7 , 2006 in Dili. East Timor, one of the world's youngest nations descended into chaos as rival gangs took over the capitol city of Dili torching homes, battling with each other for control in a effort to oust the Prime Minister. Australian peacekeepers took control but in the process hundreds of homes were destroyed. East Timor remains in a fragile state of peace with a struggling economy.
