Demilo Shern is comforted by his aunt shortly after
learning that his little brother "Bow Wow" was gunned down at the corner of
69th place and Kimbark in early March. "Bow Wow" was only 18 and said the
happiest and most peaceful day of his life was when he got the opportunity to
leave the neighborhood and visit a music festival in the Chicago suburbs. In
October, Demilo also died of unknown causes.
