"Untitled Story"

8 of 12

Death and accidents are so common on the train that a clinic for migrant train victims was established in Chiapas. Arnoldo Garcia, 19, of Honduras was electrocuted when he was riding the top of a train. He was hit with a live wire and lost toes on each foot. He is in desperate need for a skin graft, but there are no doctors who can perform the surgery.
