"Midnight Run"
Challenged Athlete J.P. Theberge runs on a trail
under moonlight while training for the Carlsbad Marathon on December 3, 2006
in San Marcos, California. 34-year old Theberge had his right leg amputaded
after a motorcycle accident 10 years ago and has been an avid triathlete and
marathon runner ever since, placing second at last year's Triathlon World
Championships.
