Two recently engaged young Tuareg women have their hair dressed inside a traditional nomad tent at a Tuareg camp, Ingal Region, Niger, 11 October 2009. Tuareg Nomads have two traditional priorities, their animals and access to water. Few Tuareg women have a traditional education although many of the nomadic groups have a matriach with a real voice in the affairs of the group. |
