Jean Francois Leroy, general manager, Images Evidence. LeRoy, formerly a photographer for SIPA Press, founded "Visa pour l'Image," an international photojournalism festival, in 1989. He has photographed for a variety of French magazines, including PhotoReporter, PhotoMagazine, PhotoRevue and Le Photographe. LeRoy was born in Paris and continues to live in France today.
