Ka'Nard Allen stands outside Ka'Nard's grandmother's home before attending Greater Mount Rose Missionary Baptist Church on Sunday December 08, 2013 in New Orleans, LA.  Ka'Nard's cousin, Briana Allen, 5, was shot and killed while celebrating Ka'Nard's birthday in May, 2012 at his grandmother's house.  He was also injured in the shooting.
