Scarborough's Lajarvis Franklin rests on the cool hallway floor as he and teammates wait for the locker room to be opened after practice. It is one of the few cool spots in the building after a hot practice. The scene is one that coach Jayson Merren says epitomizes his team. "That's our team. These kids could be out running the streets after school. The could be just wandering the halls and getting into trouble. But instead they've just busted their tails in the heat for a few hours. And they may be tired, but they are smiling."
