Nasira Bedria collapses outside Shifa Hospital in Gaza city. Inside the ambulance that just left with sirens blaring is her gravely injured son Saddam. The medical staff at the hospital could not do more for him and he is being evacuated to Egypt. If he survives the trip his only hope is the more advanced medical capabilities at the hospital in Arish. He is twenty years old.
