Iris holds his neck as Alice tries to hit the vein in his neck, he has abused all of his veins to the point that he can't get the heroin into his system. "Having a needle stuck in my neck to get high is incredibly scary. I know the dangers of it," says Iris. "I know a lot of things can go wrong but I don't want to be sick."
