Workers from Taisei Corporation survey a property in central Odaka to determine how much radiation decontamination will be needed to make this earthquake-damage house suitable for human habitation. According to a 10 February 2012 New York Times article three large construction companies that actually helped build 45 out of Japan's 54 nuclear reactors, Taisei is one of the them, have received large contracts to decontaminate towns and villages fouled by fallout in Fukushima Prefecture despite not having any experience in decontamination work.
