"Fatal Showdown" Maine State Game Warden Brian Tripp is ready to pull his gun as a young 400 pound bull moose lays his ears back in a potential sign of anger. Tripp had responded to a moose complaint in Parsonsfield, Maine near the New Hampshire border and was determining whether he could scare it away. Tripp ended up killing the animal as he felt threatened. "...At the time that I actually had to shoot it it was looking pretty grim for me," he said. Tripp added that he was mindful of an incident in Albany, Maine where a man was "stomped into the ground," by a bull moose.
